The anticipated RPG brawler ChronoBlade is now available on Android. The title was first launched on Facebook in 2012 and has been slowly being ported to Android and iOS since 2015 (you may remember it was also announced for the Ouya in 2013).
Set in a fantasy realm, the title features side-scrolling battles in which you'll play as one of four unique heroes. Each has their own set of more than 30 abilities to take out enemies, including ground and air attacks which can be chained together for higher damage.
Your hero will be upgraded with more powerful weapons and armor as you play and you can also take part in real-time player-vs-player battles—check out the trailer for it below.
How well this all works on the Android version of the title remains to be seen. Porting gamepad controls to a touchscreen is always a tricky business, and you can see seven on-screen controls in the trailer, as well as a D-pad, which will take up a lot of space. With the ChronoBlade's Play Store description saying that "skill and timing are key," playing without a controller could be unpleasant.
ChronoBlade is free-to-play and you can download it over at Google Play now via the link below. Give us your thoughts on it in the comments.
