Lenovo decided to disable Miracast in the stock software build for the Moto Z Play. If you want to re-enable the feature so you can wirelessly mirror your device's screen to a Miracast-enabled device, then all you need to do is edit a line in your build.prop as discovered by XDA Senior Member dedraks. As with any build.prop edit, you will need to have a rooted device to perform this modification.
