The Galaxy S10 isn't out yet, but Samsung is already rolling out an update for the Galaxy S10 Plus with some significant improvements and new features.

The most notable part of the update, which was first spotted by the folks at SamMobile, is the new option to remap the Bixby button on Samsung's new flagship.

We've known this was coming since the phone's launch, but it's great to hear that new S10 Plus owners won't have to wait long to swap out quick access to Bixby for pretty much any feature or app.

Here's hoping the promised Bixby remap option for Galaxy S8, Galaxy S9, and other Galaxy S10 series phones follows shortly after.

The official changelog also notes that the 496MB update includes a stability boost for the camera, improved fingerprint recognition for the ultrasonic in-display sensor, general bug fixes, and Android's February security patches.

In addition, the update also includes a new feature called Instagram Mode which gives the S10 Plus' Camera app a native option to take and share Instagram Stories.

So far, the update has reached most S10 Plus handsets in the wild from Europe, but there's currently no word on a U.S. rollout. We're currently testing the phone ahead of a full review so we'll keep our eyes peeled for any sign it.

Will you be remapping the Bixby button? Let us know in the comments!
