Today, in Paris, Huawei fully revealed the latest entries in its photo-centric P series: the Huawei P30 and Huawei P30 Pro. Both devices feature high-powered camera systems with multiple lenses, with the Huawei P30 Pro even featuring 5x optical periscope zoom and a time-of-flight (TOF) lens.

Huawei P30 and Huawei P30 Pro release date
Huawei officially revealed the Huawei P30 and P30 Pro on March 26, 2019. At the launch event, it revealed the P30 series would be available for pre-order starting on that same day.

The P series is Huawei's second-most expensive line of smartphones, with only the Mate series costing more. Therefore, it shouldn't be too surprising to learn that the Huawei P30 and Huawei P30 Pro won't go easy on your wallet.
The vanilla P30 comes in only one configuration, while the P30 Pro has a few different variations which get increasingly more expensive. Check out the pricing roundup below:
- Huawei P30 — 6GB RAM, 128GB ROM — 799 euros (~$902)
- Huawei P30 Pro — 8GB RAM, 128GB ROM — 999 euros (~$1,128)
- Huawei P30 Pro — 8GB RAM, 256GB ROM — 1,099 euros (~$1,241)
- Huawei P30 Pro — 8GB RAM, 512GB ROM — 1,249 euros (~$1,410)
The P30 series will be available globally — albeit not in the United States.
