A day after appearing in an Android Enterprise listing, the Samsung Galaxy M30s now has a confirmed launch date. Some key specs of the phone have also been outed in official teasers.
Samsung is calling the Galaxy M30s a "monster" and that's probably because of the massive 6,000mAh battery, the largest ever on a Samsung phone. Its predecessor, the Galaxy M30, also had a sizeable 5,000mAh battery, but some extra juice is always welcome.
Teasers of the Galaxy M30s have been posted on Amazon India, and shared by Samsung on Twitter. The promotional images reveal the big battery and tease a possible 48MP triple primary camera setup.

The phone is expected to stack a 48MP+8MP+5MP setup at the back, consisting of an ultra-wide sensor and a depth sensor. A 16MP selfie shooter is expected to be housed within the front notch.
Further, the teasers confirm an Infinity-U display. As per previously leaked information, it could be a 6.4-inch FHD+ display with a 19:9 aspect ratio. A physical fingerprint sensor is also seen at the back of the phone.
An early hands-on video of the Galaxy M30s has also popped up online confirming other details such as the presence of a USB-C port and a brand new Exynos processor. This could be the rumored Exynos 9611 chipset, as previously seen on a Google Console listing of the phone. The listing suggested that the octa-core processor consists of four Cortex-A53 cores and four Cortex-A73 core. It could be paired with 4GB and 6GB of RAM. Storage options could include 64GB and 128GB variants.
The mid-range Galaxy M30s will launch in India on September 18 at 12 p.m. IST.
