This week in Android: Galaxy S10 is here, and so is MWC 2019!

Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus cameras

In case you missed it, Samsung announced a ton of stuff Wednesday: new phones, new wearables, and even a folding phone. Let's start with the Galaxy Fold. The foldable phone has some of the beefiest specs we've see on a mobile device thus far, but unfortunately it has a price tag to match. In case you're interested in saving some dough, you can choose between four different Galaxy S10 models: Galaxy S10e, Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10 Plus, and the Galaxy S10 5G. Finally, Samsung updated its wearables slate with new fitness bands, a watch, and wireless earbuds.

Meanwhile, on the same day, both Xiaomi and Vivo released new flagships of their own. The Vivo V15 Pro has an in-display fingerprint reader and a pop-up selfie camera which means there is almost no bezel on this phone. Meanwhile, the new Xiaomi Mi 9 carries some awesome specifications and a great price tag. Both phones look to compete against each other primarily in China and India, though they'll be available globally as well.

Finally, we have a comprehensive list of smartphone firsts, news about the potential death of the back button in Android, and another great Wear OS watch from Fossil.
