Those looking to get the right amount of power from their smartphones will want to make sure their device has plenty of RAM. 4GB may be enough for many users, but having a little more is always nice. You might also want to look at phones with 8, 10, or even 12GB of RAM, but those can be overkill. We feel 6GB is the sweet spot and we've compiled a list of the best phones with 6GB RAM that you can currently buy.

Two of the sensors capture full-color photos, while the other three are monochrome sensors that aid with depth, contrast, and exposure. It features the Snapdragon 845 or Exynos 9810 chipset, a large curved display with an 18.5:9 aspect ratio, and the popular S Pen that has a new trick up its sleeve. It supports Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), so you can launch the camera and take a selfie via the button on the stylus — among other things.
The new Note is also dust and water-resistant thanks to its IP68 rating, sports a dual-camera setup with dual aperture, and has an iris scanner on board. It also has a glass back and features thin bezels around the screen.
The 6GB variant of the Note 9 comes with 128GB of storage and will set you back $1,000. However, there's also a beefed-up version of the device available with 8GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.

Honor's flagship stands out due to its interesting design with a striking "V" pattern etched into the back glass. It features a rear dual-camera setup, a headphone jack, and dual-SIM support. However, it doesn't have an IP rating or support wireless charging.
Honor View 20 specs:

Like all phones, the Xperia 1 has a few drawbacks. It doesn't have a headphone jack, lacks wireless charging, and packs a rather small 3,300mAh battery. Regardless, it's still one of the best phones with 6GB of RAM.
Sony Xperia 1 specs:
- Display: 6.5-inch, 4K
- SoC: SD 855
- RAM: 6GB
- Storage: 128GB
- Rear cameras: 12, 12, and 12MP
