The Nokia 8, HMD Global's flagship Nokia phone, went on sale earlier this month in a number of markets. More are still to come, with the US being among them, and though we still don't have a concrete date on when that will happen, we do now expect the most "premium" Nokia 8 variant to head Stateside.
According to NokiaPowerUser, a model believed to represent the 6 GB of RAM / 128 GB ROM Nokia 8 has been spotted in a recent FCC listing (though the website doesn't link to the specific FCC page). This variant was previously reported to be going on sale in China also, while those in other regions are limited to the 4 GB RAM / 64 GB ROM model.

The listing also suggests that the Nokia 8 variants headed to the US will feature WCDMA Band IV compatibility (which only applies to the US) and ANT+, a wireless protocol that can help track sport, fitness and other data on your smartphone.
As for the unit's price, we don't know, and we're yet to even learn of the regular Nokia 8 price in the states. In the UK, it's on sale for £499, or around $680; if that's how much the normal variant will cost, you can expect the 6 GB RAM model to be even more.
Those who are thinking of picking up the Nokia 8 might be interested to know that HMD Global is now testing Android Oreo on the handset, and the official update is expected to roll out soon.
