Here are the top smartphone deals in Flipkart’s Big Billion Days sale event

As India gears up for the festive season, online retailers will kick-off their annual sale events starting with Flipkart's Big Billion Days sale this week.

The sale event will go live on September 20 midnight (IST), and will continue till September 24. While the store would offer discounts across the breadth of products in diverse categories, here's a compilation of deals offered for smartphones and gadgets. A lot of promotions are valid only till stocks last or on specific days, mind you, so make sure you buy that product you're interested in as soon as you discover a deal.

If you're using debit or credit cards from State Bank of India for payment, you will get 10% instant discount. The minimum purchase and maximum discount criteria will change through the period, including the categories it will be applicable for.

You can avail no-cost EMI offers on minimum purchase of ₹4,500 with zero down payment and no processing fees. Customers can also get 10% cashback on first payment using Flipkart's PhonePe app.

Xiaomi

Starting 00:00 hours on September 21, Flipkart will sell Redmi 4A (3 GB + 32 GB) for ₹6,999 and the new Android One-powered Mi A1 for ₹14,999. Limited stocks for these Xiaomi smartphones will be available though.

Samsung

While Samsung Galaxy S7 is last year's flagship smartphone, it still is a terrific top-end device to own, and will be available at a big discount during the sale.

The Galaxy S7 will go on sale at just ₹29,990 – a massive drop from its original price of ₹46,000. This might be a very tempting, and popular, offer and if you're interested, I recommend you place your order as soon as you can.

One of the first smartphones to offer dual camera setup, and that with Leica branding, Huawei P9 is a pretty well-rounded smartphone to own this year – specially at that price.
