!!! Urgent !!! Whatsapp and phone both contacts showing at the time of search contac

Dear Sir

I am using lenovo a6000, after updation of lollipop 5.0.2 i have an issue regarding contacts
at the time of search contacts my phone showing phone contacts as well as whatsapp contacts
even i have selected an option for showing contacts "phone"

so i found duplicate contacts at the time of search contacts

what should i do

is there any solution?
