This isn't the first time that we've seen the Nexus 6P drop to $450, but just like last time, this offer has a deadline. From now through May 6th, you'll be able to take home the much-lauded Nexus 6P from a variety of online retailers, and you'll get to keep an extra fifty bucks in your pocket that you would have normally had to spend. $449 is the price we're quoting for the 32GB variant, but it looks like you can apply the $50 discount to any of the storage options.

Right now we're seeing this discount go live on the Google Store, Amazon, Newegg, and Best Buy. But is this deal worth jumping on? What exactly do you get when you buy a Nexus 6P? Honestly, quite a lot. The smartphone was one of our picks for our 2015 Editor's Choice award, and it continues to be competitive spec-wise even after many of the 2016 flagships have hit the market. The design is sturdy and has a very "premium" feel to it, a sensation that is bolstered by its gorgeous, high resolution AMOLED display. Performance is snappy, and the camera, while not outstanding, is a very solid pick. We miss that Qualcomm Quick Charging isn't supported, and it's true that the lack of expandable storage is a bit of a bummer, but this device has a battery that will keep it kicking all day and truly pure Android experience that is hard to part from after you've tried it.
All in all, this deal has our firm recommendation. But what are your thoughts as a reader? Do you own a Nexus 6P? If so, what has your experience been like, and would you recommend it to others? Is this deal worth it? Give us your feedback in the comments below. You might just help someone make a better-informed purchasing decision!
