Chinese DVD GDP with WinCE 6.0 - Movie player error

Hello,
My gpd dvd unit lately has an memory error when I try to play any *.avi movies.
iGO Primo has no problem or any other application from custom GUI. Just the video player.
Chinese supplier never answer to my emails.
Any idea how to solve the problem folks?
