The Redmi K30 Pro is expected to be the brand's latest flagship, following in the footsteps of the well-received K20 Pro. We've heard quite a bit about the phone so far, and now the Xiaomi sub-brand has confirmed that it's coming next month.
Redmi confirmed on Weibo (translated version) that the phone will arrive in March, although it didn't give a specific date. Furthermore, it also uploaded a poster showing a phone without a punch-hole camera in the top corners. Check it out below.
This all but confirms that the Redmi K30 Pro will offer a pop-up selfie camera instead of the K30's punch-hole cutout. Then again, there's always the outside chance that they pull a Mi Mix 2S and slap a selfie camera in one of the bottom corners, as we can't see the whole screen. But it's far more likely that Xiaomi is reverting to the K20 family's pop-up camera solution.
Other rumored specs include a Snapdragon 865 (and 5G), a 64MP quad rear camera setup, and a 4,700mAh battery with 33W wired charging. Either way, it's shaping up to be a worthy follow-up to the K20 Pro, but hopefully the price jump isn't too big.
