App Fixes the Quick Settings Flashlight Tile for the Redmi Note 3 Pro (Kenzo)

Some people with the Redmi Note 3 Pro have been having trouble with their Flashlight tile within the Quick Settings panel. XDA Recognized Themer Umang96 has recently released a root app with the help of XDA Junior Member shayanism and XDA Member hichaam.
