I have a D851 (T-Mobile variant) and I was trying to upgrade my phone from Lollipop to Marshmallow using the KDZ method. Unfortunately during the download mode process, the USB disconnected (I had really weak usb ports on my laptop) and it seems that my partitions have become corrupted. When I turn it on, the LG logo comes up and then it boots to the "Firmware Update" screen which looks like the download mode screen. It won't detect when I connect my USB into my computer. In the bottom box, it says "633A B69". Strangely enough, the only thing that seems to work is the Hardware Key Control Mode (Holding up + down volume).
Has anyone had the same issue as this? Anyone have an insight on how I could fix this? Thanks.
