Here is the latest launcher (Launcher2mtc3_8) for anyone that wants it. I have tested it on RK3188 800x480 and it works perfectly without any errors.
I did opt to install it rather than just copy it over but I'm sure it will work by copying it as well.
Also had rar it as it was 95mb so make sure to extract the apk 1st.
