Judge Says Google and Oracle are Setting Up Jurors to Fail

Google and Oracle are set to go to trial in May and the two are currently in the process of choosing a jury. US District Judge William Alsup is accusing both companies of choosing a jury so they can challenge the verdict if the outcome doesn't go in their favor.
