Vector Unit is a two-man production company that earned its street cred making gorgeous racing games. Their newest one is slated to come out sometime this spring, and it looks like it's going to have some impressive water physics and nail-bitingly fast-paced jetskis. Riptide GP: Renegades may just be the racing game the mobile platform has been waiting for.

Sure, you're trying to beat out your components in a high-octane zero-sum game, but you'll also have to do things like advance evade the police and perform crucial stuntwork on the fly. The single player campaign appears to be larger than most games in this genre, but that doesn't mean they've skimped on multiplayer. Split screen multiplayer is available, but what may be more interesting to most users is the online multiplayer.
Vector Unit promises a load of customization in this game, so you can make your jetski and rider truly yours. Decals, paint jobs, numbers, stickers, and more are all at your fingertips to express your creativity to the competition. Some of the jetskis actually transform while you ride them, which adds an interesting gameplay mechanic.
We don't have a solid date for this anticipated game just yet. All we can say is what the developers have made official: Spring 2016.
