Selectively choose between internal memory and microSD

I just got a Zenfone 6 that actually has internal storage (as opposed as the cheapie I had before which relied almost entirely on the microSD). As a result I'd like to keep on the microSD stuff that I'd hate losing (pictures, message backups, saved images...) and on the internal memory the apps...
