Error code 67 - block it (Solved)

After doing a MEID phone swap, I'm now getting occasional Error Code 67 popup messages.

I have a rooted VM Optimus F3. It works fine with Wifi Hotspot tethering and I want to keep it that way.



How can I permanently BLOCK these messages (without doing a PRL Update)?

Any help?
