Can't download from internet on samsung galaxy s4

Hi, as the title says, i can't download any apps from my browser on my s4. The appstore works perfectly fine, but when i try to download an app from a website, it says "starting download" but it never goes any further.

I've obviously enabled "unknown sources" under security in the settings....
