P7-L10, EmergencyData, The user data partition cannot bed used again

Hi all,
Phone showing
EmergencyData
The user data partition cannot be used again, please select operation as follows,
Backup
Factory data reset
Reboot

Phone come to back on the same condition after choose whatever option, It also not starting sd card flashing by pressing volumes up+down, it goes straight to recovery,

any help will be highly appreciated,
