Sold phone and buyer having issues

Hi All

So despite my love for this phone I got a Nexus 6 through work so decided to sell.

The buyer is also based in UK. I factory reset the phone and he has said he's having issues with it rebooting and the wireless and 3G disconnecting randomly.

There were no issues up to the factory reset, does anyone have any idea what might have happened or what can be done to fix it please?

I was with O2 using mainly BT broadband and he is using TalkTalk.

Any help or advice would be gratefully received.
