It has been doing this since LoliPop and it drives me nuts. When I do a complete wipe, it will stop for a while, but starts again. I don't have it enabled in developers options and it is not turned on in screen record. What you see is what I see constantly. How do I make it stop? Does it on completely stock Rom rooted, BB stock deodex and this is now BB 3.2 Rom.
