So this I337 S4 wifi stopped working right after when I try to change "SYSTEM language" by installing TELCEL spanish rom from sammobile for the exact same model number i337m and android OS. This telcel trick worked pretty good many times earlier to change all system language in i337m phones to spanish. Anyways, after this when wifi stopped working I tried to put the original ROM from same provider and same version but the wifi wont work. The wifi slides to ON but then goes back to OFF position.
I tried fixing problem from following http://ift.tt/1VKb7vA thread but the solution didnt work because there IS no file in efs folder, efs folder is empty while at the same time IMEI is there in phone and bluetooth is working fine too, its wifi which stopped working.
-> I have also tried installing custom ROMS but still wifi wont work
-> I have also tried installing android OS from 4.3 to 5.1.1 but still it won't work.
-> I have also tried different modems and roots
Its not a hardware problem as it was working pretty fine before I changed ROM.
Please tell me how to fix it.
