S3neo bootloops and doesn't enter in recovery or download mode

Hi guys, i'm having problems with my S3 neo (GT-I9301). When i put the battery in the phone it automatically turns on and it bootloops on samsung's model screen, after a few seconds it restart again and again. When I try to enter in recovery/download mode i see the Rec/dwn mode for a second and then it restarts, so i can't do anything. I've never rooted this device, changed firmware or kernel. It's totally original. any ideas? Thanks!
