need help

can any one plz help?
i have my m8 rooted with viperonem8 4.6.1....and i want original softwer back on him
and i cant make that happen,i have tried with

and htc one tool kit but after i run ruu nothing is happening
tryed on windows 10/8/7
can any one tell me what to use and how to use to put original softwer?
