Is this normal??

Hi. I've bought a Xiaomi Mi5 and i'm experiencing some weird notification popups. Please see pictures below.



This one is from Telegram app but it happens in many other apps.

Does someone have this issue?

Version of OS: MIUI Global 7.2.8.0.0 (MAACNDB) Stable
