Corrupted files when downgrading from CM13 to Lollipop

Hey all. I downgraded my zenfone 5 from CM13 to AOSP 5.0.2 because it freezes. But (not all) my files were corrupted. It shows 0B and can't be deleted after downgraded to lollipop. Is that any workaround for it? Soory for my bad english :)
