Bootloader issue generic tablet

Hi everybody, i need your help. I have a generic tablet with CPU RockChip 3188 and i tried to install a custom rom but i did it wrong. Now, i want restore it to original rom. My sister have the same tablet and i have dump the stock rom, then i attempted to flash it again and the tablet turns on but stay freeze on logo. I have been looking for how to dump bootloader but i can't find something, i think that the problem is the bootloader. Please, can somebody help me? i will be grateful
