Stuck red Triangle Bootloop Att with OTA update to 4.4.4

Hello



I am using Att Htc one M7 and i used ITA software update today and software update did not complete and now my phone is in a boot loop with Red triangle



I have tried getting into recovery mode and tried to factory View attachment 84913 reset with no lucj k



My phone is not rooted....
