Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0" sound problem

I have been using this tablet for a couple of months now, and the sound was fairly loud. However, after I decided to factory reset the device, the sound became considerably quieter. I tried listening to some music but it was barely audible. This is also happening with touch sounds, notification...
