My Rooted Razr HD Is stuck on the start up screen

I own a Motorola RAZR HD Iv had for going on almost 2 years now , Almost ready for my upgrade, But in till then I have to make this thing work, my phone is rooted, Last night my phone got stuck on the start up screen with the red pulsating android eye.I tried to wipe the cachee threw recovery...
