Did I fry my S7 Edges battery?

Hey everyone :)

I'm usually super careful when it comes to my smartphone and battery health, I only charge it as slow as possible and try to limit charges over 80% or under 30% as much as possible.
However last weekend I left my phone in the car by accident. Of all things I chose one of the hottest days this year so far, the car was standing in the blasting heat for a couple of hours. After getting back I kind of panicked when I noticed that I had left the phone in the car, it was very very hot. In this state of panic I immediately turned it on (I know I shouldn't have). The device booted up normally, however the touchscreen seemed to be less responsive than usual.

Now I kind of fear that I ruined my battery's health. Subjectively it seems like I need to recharge the phone sooner. Is there any way to tell how much damage I did to the battery?

Thanks for the advice!
